About ISG

Infrared Systems Group Ltd, known as ISG Infrasys, was established almost 20 years ago as ISG Thermal Systems Ltd in the suburban London area of Basildon, Essex. Specialising initially in the highly specialised field of firefighting, ISG soon established itself as a world leader, installing thousands of thermal imagers in fire, police and naval departments in over 75 countries worldwide.

After almost two decades of innovative research, design and development under the ISG brand, the company has created some of the most advanced thermal imagers available in the world today. Each product is made with the unique input of our customers, ensuring that every product that leaves the factory is not only of the highest quality, but more importantly, effectively satisfies the needs of our clients.

Incorporated in the UK and the USA, ISG Infrasys houses unique Engineering Centres at both its Head Quarters in Atlanta, Georgia, and its European Office in Basildon, Essex which is at the very heart of all its developmental programs.

Under the ISG brand, the company has won numerous awards for it’s innovative design and manufacturing capabilities. Not least, in 2001 ISG Thermal Systems won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade which was presented by Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II herself. This award represents everything that ISG has stood for over the years and has reaffirmed our global position in providing the world with the most quality assured, extensively tested thermal imagers available.
